We offer a range of surveys and services for commercial clients. The nature of the report would largely depend on the type of property being purchased or leased. We offer schedules of condition for lease purchases and pre-acquisition surveys for freehold purchases. It can be confusing to understand what type of survey would be best suited and would depend on the nature of the title (i.e. leasehold or freehold) as well as the type of building.
